Domestic Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed within 7 to 10 days.
Please note that during the weekends and holiday season shipments may be delayed an additional 3 to 4 days. After your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation. Should that confirmation have any incorrect information please contact us at: kimberly@fairandsquarekids.com.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
After completing your checkout you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and when you should expect the package to arrive. If you have any questions about the order please feel free to email us at kimberly@fairandsquarekids.com for more information.
Customs, duties, and tax
Fair & Square Kids is not responsible for any customs and taxes that are applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Should your order arrive damaged or broken then please take several photos of the broken item with its container and email them to kimberly@fairandsquarekids.com for next steps in the refund/return policy.
International Shipping Policy
As of now Fair & Square Kids only ships to Canada and the continental United States. If you currently live outside these regions and wish to order from our store please contact us at kimberly@fairandsquarekids.com.
